DJ is an accomplished attorney with over 35 years of experience in commercial transactions and civil trial litigation, including federal trial experience representing commercial real estate property owners and management companies. DJ's experience extends beyond Texas, having successfully handled legal matters across the United States.
He has a certified track record negotiating hundreds of national credit tenant leases and litigating collections in excess of $25,000,000.00 for five consecutive years. He also has significant experience with arbitrations, mediations, and routinely handles a multi-state trial and bankruptcy docket.
